How to order

  1. Choose your faux leather color and numbered font using the options above. Refer to the color and font charts in the photos.
  2. Enter your name or wording exactly as you want it engraved, including spelling and capitalization.
  3. Select your snap rivets or screws and hardware color.
  4. For a logo or artwork, upload up to 3 clear, high-contrast files, 10 MB each. JPG, JPEG, PNG, SVG, and PDF are accepted. For a logo-only patch, enter “Logo only” in the engraving field. No upload is needed for text-only orders.
  5. Read and check the digital-proof acknowledgment, then add your patch to your cart.

Digital proof & approval

A digital proof will be sent to the email address used at checkout for you to review the spelling, font, design, and placement. Reply with your approval or any changes. We will reach out up to three times; after the third unanswered attempt, the proof will be considered approved and your order will be engraved and shipped as shown. Please check your Spam, Junk, or Other folders.

Made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after proof approval.

Attachment & care

Snap rivets press together by hand; screws fasten through the attachment holes. Remove the patch before washing when possible. Hand-washing and air-drying are recommended. Follow the care instructions for the item it is attached to. Gently remove any small pieces remaining inside the laser-cut holes before attaching.
