Refund policy

Most IdahoTaylorMade Laser Creations products are made to order and/or personalized specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom products.

Please review your proof carefully for spelling, names, dates, sizing, layout, colors, and other customization details. **Changes may be requested during the proof and approval process.** Once you approve your final proof, your item will be produced according to that approval.

**Orders cannot be canceled once the proofing process has begun.** Because time and design work have already been invested in creating your custom proof, cancellation is no longer available at that point.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your approved proof, please contact us **within 2 days of delivery**. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

If we made an error in your order, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the replacement or refund is due to an error on our part.
