Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with IdahoTaylorMade Laser Creations. Many of our products are custom or personalized and are made to order.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared for shipment within approximately 6 business days. For custom or personalized orders, processing time may depend on completion and approval of your proof.

Please review and respond to proof requests promptly. Delays in proof approval or requested revisions may extend the estimated ship date.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: $8.00
USPS Priority Shipping: $15.00
Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders of $70.00 or more

Estimated Transit Times

Once your order has been completed and transferred to the carrier:

Standard Shipping: approximately 3–5 business days
USPS Priority Shipping: approximately 2–3 business days

Priority shipping speeds up carrier transit time only. It does not shorten the approximately 6-business-day production, customization, or proofing process.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the package after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are handled by that carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier and reach out to us so we can assist where possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your approved proof, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
